What sort of elements are we talking about? Images? Forms? To those, I would say make sure the images you want to use are hosted in your Design Studio, and also that the form you need is approved and not in an archived folder somewhere.
I can't think of any other examples off the top of my head, but if you can provide some more details that might help.
