We have two MS Dynamic CRMs and two Marketo instances. We just sync'd the smaller CRM to its Marketo instance, and when the record has "Microsoft Type" as "contact", the e-mail address is not showing. There are about 6,700 records that sync'd and only 375 with e-mail addresses. I can see the addresses in the CRM. The only thing I read was that Marketo recognizes these as a "known lead", but no additional information. I ran a smart list with the criteria of Email>is empty and also one with Microsoft Type>is>Contact, and they pulled the same records.
I know Dynamics is a "four-letter word" with Marketo, but I did not have a voice on CRM selection, but did on a MA solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
