in time frame Date Constraint

Hello,

I'd like to clarify how the "in time frame" date filter works in Marketo.

If I set a date filter to "in time frame" for "this week S S", and if we assume that a lead today meets the filter condition - eg: did not receive an email, the question that I have is this: will the constraint ensure that he will not meet the filter condition until this week has finished? or will the constraint work like this: email was not this week, and although it is not end of week - it's just thursday, the lead qualifies and meets the constraint?

I don;t totally understand your question the way it is stated so you may need to reword it.  But for the filters, they are evaluated every time they are run.  So if it is true at that particular time they will be included in the list.
