importToList Field Insert Error

Hello again,

I am using the SOAP API to insert records to a list, but I am always getting the error "20109 parameter required" when i try to insert records in Company field, in the fields list for SOAP API, the name i should use is "Company Name" but it is not working, but when i try to insert the email with the "Email Address" name, it works fine.
Have you guys had the same problem with this.

Ok i found the error,seems like the email is the key, when i try to insert only the Company Name it does not work, but when i try to insert both, Email Address and Campany Name,it works fine.
