I'm sure you've noticed the stamps on the right hand side of some discussion threads that say "Best Answer" and "Solved". Well these are actually important to the rest of the community and I encourage you to use them!
These features not only give you the joy of receiving points and rewards, but more importantly they were created so customers can find answers more easily. Similarly, as these threads get longer and longer (because our customers are so helpful and engaged!) it helps to be able to skip directly to the Best Answer (awarded by only the original author) or the "top comment" via our newly implemented feature -- the ability to "like" a discussion or idea comment.
Please use these features as they are intended -- to help others find answers faster -- and it will be a happier community!
