We've exceeded our storage limit on Salesforce due to Marketo syncing a lot of uneccessary tasks. We've changed our sync options. I'm now wondering what will be the impact on Marketo, (if any) of mass deleting (1 million+) tasks from our Salesforce instance. Thanks.

Pretty sure that Marketo doesn't care as long as your triggers aren't looking for Task Updated or Task Creation/Removal.
Tasks don't sync per se...so I'm a little unsure if there's a deeper impact.
You may consider disabling the sync for that deletion period as long as the impact is limited to Task Deletion.
