iFrame Forms in Chrome

We are using iFrame Forms. On Mac in Chrome 39, when I press tab on the form, it shifts it the form so that it cannot be seen. Problem only occurs for forms with info saved in fields from a previous form fill out. In other words, when I visit the page in Incognito mode on Chrome, I can tab through the form with no issues. Please help! Thank you in advance.

I am not familiar with this issue, but one solution might be adding a tab index to each form field.
