If you import a list with duplicates and just names (no email addresses), how do you dedupe within Marketo?

Can you perhaps speak more about why you would want to? What is the benefit of a lead you can't contact in Marketo?

You can always check the Duplicate Names smart list or create your own:

Duplicate Fields IS First Name

Created At Past 3 days

Or some variation which should narrow it down. The problem with using Member of List is you'll just dedupe the members of the list, not against the rest of the database.

If you import a CSV file that contains records with no email address, those will always create duplicates. If you have multiple records with the same emails in your CSV, those will be deduped.
