The lead score won't change after an activity is archived. In other words, if they visited your website and received an incremental +5 in their lead score, that 5 won't be decremented after 90 days.

They may receive an inactivity score if that's how your instance is set up, but the +5 they gained for visiting will always be on their lead record.

Archiving just removes the ability to report against the activity itself. If you want to keep the data, ask Support to opt you out of that archving. They do this to reduce the load on the system.
