Identify the source updating the leads when sync thread runs

We have Marketo integrated with Salesforce CRM, where sync is bidirectional and make updates to the leads in Marketo whenever there is an update on contact in Salesforce. Is there a way to pull out a report on leads updated in Marketo by the Salesforce in any specific duration? do any activity filter or field exist for this?

you can use SFDC Type=Contact/Lead to identify such leads. Then you can use various Data Value Changed or other filters to look at activity. Or Updated At.

Not sure exactly what you want to get at here.

I need list of leads updated by Salesforce in last one week regardless of any specific field update. Do you think combination of "SFDC Type=Contact/Lead" and "updated in past one week" will serve the purpose?
