I'm not receiving sample emails

Last month I sent a sample email to myself and had no issues.  Last week as well as this week, I'm not able to receive any.  Anyone else dealing with this?

There's a few things that you can do:

  • Reach out to support and open up a case regarding the situation
  • Make sure that the from, reply-to-address, etc. are as desired
  • Ensure that the tokens within the email are setup properly
