I am getting an error "Token key not found" while trying to approve an email. Can someone guide me what does this mean and how to solve this?

Try downloading the HTML of the Email and doing a full text search for "{{", that should show you all of the tokens it's attempting to parse and see which one is incorrect. Failing that, check in the text version as well.
You likely have an incorrectly formatted token in your email. Can you include the HTML of the email for review?
