HTML Coding resource

hi all
does anyone have an HTML coding resource who is comfortable with the design studio landing page code. my coding is not the best and Marketo deosn't support templates they did not create. i just need the coding as i will do the design and Marketo's min fee of $700 per tamplate is way too much for about 1 hour of work.

hoping someone out there has a resource looking for more clients.
