How to use different website with one Marketo account?

Good day all!

We are developing different websites for our business units and we would like to manage our activity with our Marketo account, which is set for one website in particular. Is it possible to use different URLs or we need a different Marketo account for each? As example:

• go.maincompany.com
• go.1stbunisessunit.com
• go.2ndbusinessunit.com
• go.3rdbusinessunit.com
• ...

Bonjour Hugo,

You have first to set up the domain aliases in Marketo, which will require that you add some entries to your DNS. See Add Additional Landing Page CNAMEs - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

You also need to add the munchkin code to all web sites.

Then, if you want to track someone moving from one domain to another, you will have to get through dev, or contact Sanford Whiteman​ for his secret sauce on this

Yes you can add the Munchkin script to multiple websites and you can set up different CNAMEs as well: Add Additional Landing Page CNAMEs - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

One caveat with this approach is that cookies are not shared across different domains: http://developers.marketo.com/blog/lead-tracking-and-multiple-domains/

A lead will have to convert on all domains to become known on those domains and to have all lead data merge back into a central record.

There are some possibilities to track leads accross multiple domains, through the addition of some JS to your sites, provided that you own them all and have access to them.
