Does anyone know how to track email replies in Marketo/Salesforce? We're running direct reply emails at scale and can't track which content (email body) is driving higher engagement. No problem tracking by subject line if those are unique. Salesforces tracks replies but our activity report doesn't do a good job filtering by content (Comments contain "xxx") as filters aren't equaling the sum of total responses.
We're reviewing Siftrock which integrates with Marketo and can bucket replies by date (auto response, OOO, unsubscribe, etc) and filter them from hitting a rep's inbox. But it doesn't provide program and campaign-level reporting, among other weaknesses.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How could I keep these types of emails from being counted towards my "Replies" stage progression? I only want my, "Yes, I want a demo" replies to count as a conversion.
I’ve been hearing this question a lot more lately. Seems to be a rise in b2b companies sending human, plain-text, conversational “reply” CTA emails.
The main gap Yuri called out is about tracking replies for a *specific* program in Marketo.
Edward and Nate had a good idea on this. They showed us how to use progression statuses to log replies on a program. With those statuses you can then run attribution and automation based on “replied” instead of clicks/forms.

Another +1 for Siftrock. Their integration into Marketo is seamless and I love how you can setup unique workflows so you can customize how you want to use the data that they mine from your email auto replies. Plus, the Siftrock team is awesome to work with.

Classic Marketo support...Marketo just bought a company that does this, Tout (www.toutapp.com). Some others I know of: Hubspot Signals and Yesware
Anyone know the timeline for implementation of this feature into Marketo? Marketo Admin Can someone speak to any initiatives to get this feature into Marketo?

Your feedback on Siftrock would be interesting.
You should rather have it integrated with Marketo, otherwise, you will loose most of the value the solution would offer if you have to move and reconcile the info manually
