Our current email communications limits allow people to receive up to 2 marketing emails per day and I know that it's less than ideal. I'm interested in trying to do some analysis to see how the email metrics compare for people that received 2 emails in a day vs people that received 1 email. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to find leads that might have received 2 emails in a day. Worse case, I guess I could go back email-by-email and build a dataset one email at a time. What smartlist filters could I use to try to find someone that was delivered more than 1 email in a day?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Danielle
It's not easy. I did this analysis once and don't want to again.
You need to find everyone who received at least ONE email on a day.
Then you need everyone who received at least TWO emails on a day.
Then in List 1, remove people from List 2. Do this for each day. It may run slowly or not at all.
This will give you a count of PEOPLE who had this experience.
