I have a smart campaign with a "Remove from Flow" flow step with 4 choices and a default choice set to Do Nothing. The flow step appears to be removing most of the leads who flow through it, so I am trying to determine which choice is removing people.
When I review the Remove from Flow activity detail for the people this is affecting, it showing the choice number as "2302314" as opposed to 1, 2, 3, or 4. Does anyone know why the choice number is displaying this way and how to figure out which choice it applies to?

Here's what I'm seeing:
When a choice applies, the choice number is noted in the activity:
Choices are counted starting with "0", so this Choice 3 is actually the fourth choice in this flow step. Choice 0 is also noted if the Flow Step doesn't have a choice.
But if the default choice does not apply, so the result is "Skipped Do Nothing was set for this choice", the choice number is indeed a 6-digit number which doesn't seem to reference to anything. Step ID also doesn't tell me anything meaningful.
If a Smart Campaign has more than one Flow Step, I see something like "DB Object ID: 2" in the activity. And that seems to tell the Flow Step position, again starting with 0.
Don't know if that helps, Kelly, but that's all I got. 🙂
Hi @Kelly_Gault1 Could you please confirm if the number 2302314 you mentioned refers to what you're seeing in the Activity Log?
Thanks!!

Thank you, @Michael_Florin!
I have reviewed all the records of leads who qualified for my smart campaign today and I can now see that when the 6-digit number is stamped on the Activity Details, it denotes that the lead qualified for the default choice--just as you described.
What was confusing me is that some (not all) of the leads who are qualifying for the default choice (which is set to "do nothing" and have the lead skip this Remove from Flow step) seem to be skipping the last three flow steps, so I interpreted this incorrectly and thought the leads had been removed from the flow. They haven't been removed from the flow, but those last three flow steps are not firing for some leads for some reason. There are no choices in those last three steps, so why people aren't qualifying for these is a mystery. This mystery falls outside the scope of this post though, so I'll take it up with Support.
Thank you so much for clarifying what that 6-digit number denotes. Very helpful as I try to work out what is going on here!
