How to delete Lead from Microsoft CRM when Lead is deleted in Marketo

Can anyone suggest how to delete leads in MS CRM when Lead is deleted in Marketo.

The option Remove from Dyamics appears greyed out and I understand it is not available. Any solution?

How did you delete them? from a program or LeadDatabase. 

Can you do a filter in Marketo to find who they are in MS CRM? 

Then you can find them and say in the flow Action to trueto removefrom your CRM. 

Im using SFDC.
