How to change the lead owner when previous owner is a queue?

I have a scenario where I had synced all the leads to SFDC to a queue. And now I want to change the owner based on qualification criteria like, if lead score is 0-10 then to sales rep A, score between 11-20 Sales Rep B and ..
When I use the change owner flow step, it does not give me the option to choose the queue.
I simply need to say change owner if previous owner was queue to SalesRep A.
Any ideas?

You can create a smart list to choose only "Queue Owned Leads"
Filters are "Lead owner email address" is empty AND "SFDC Type" is Lead (You can also add Contact)

This will give you the list of all leads owned by a queue, now you can change owner based on lead score, Choose "Change Owner", add choice, choose lead score between and enter your ranges. You can allocate ownership to a score, so every Sales rep will get certain range.
