How to calculate Flow New Only using Smart List

Hi,

I know that you can get Flow (New Only) from Revenue Cycle Explorer, but I'm interested in how to calculate this outside of RCE.  It's easy to calculate In Flow and Out Flow, but the key stat would seem to be Flow (New Only) as that is required to calculate Conversion Ratio (New Only) which is the key stat that we want to calculate.

Did you consider date-stamping records as they come into a stage?

Then you can run a report by the date, and that will give you your "In-Flow".

Does that make sense?
