Sorry, there is no any notifications in my Marketo, just the result doesn't match with Salesforce.
I set 4 smart list to test. And the filters as below:
1. Has Opportunities & Locale & Product
(just show 20k leads but having 40k leads within Salesforce)2. Locale & Product & Stage
(just show 20k leads but having 40k leads within Salesforce)3. Has Opportunities & Product Costumers ID
(I test a seller's ID, didn't show any result)4. Lead Attributes:Locale & Product & Status
(just show 90 leads but having 130 leads within Salesforce)From above test, I found a tendency of the leads NUMBER sync with SF decreased for item 1 & 2. And what's worse, I checked some leads at my test smart list, some of them doen't match the latest information at Salesforce. I can't identify the reason and example as below picture:
I want to know the factors impact the synchronization progress between the two except for the size of database and workload of Marketo. And I am one of the Admin of Marketo, do I have any right to check sync between the two or can I do further actions to resolve this issue?
