How is "Is Mobile" constraint defined?

Anybody know how the "Is Mobile" constraint is defined?

I've pulled a smartlist of opens of a particular email and get 185 opens from "Platform=iOS" and 33 opens from "Is Mobile=True." That doesn't seem to make sense.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hey Ethan,

I know when Marketo first released this feature there was a glitch in how it was pulling iOS #s. I believe they fixed it, I'd like to know the answer to this too.
