I've seen a lot of discussions about handling the volume of OOO auto-reply emails, but none seem to answer a bigger question my team has.
Often we'll get auto-replies stating that the lead is using a new email address or is no longer at the company, and leave another address to contact moving forward.
Is the best practice to simply unsubscribe these emails? Should we update the lead's email address with the new one from the body of the email? I was having trouble finding any writing on this specific topic.
