How Do You Create Date Range for Past Dates That Are Dynamic?

This is what I am trying to do.

In smart campaign, in smart list tab, I want to say the date field is 3 years or more from today. So this would run daily and change daily. How can I do that? So if lead was created on 6/24/11, then today it would run. Tomorrow would be leads created on 6/25/11. Can this by done?

I would like to know how to do this as well. I've asked Marketo Support before but a solution was not provided.

This is what I did as a workaround. I left it out of the smart list. In the Flow, I used Change Data Value and added a choice for if date is in past 3 years leave value (I set this as what I want it to be left alone as, in my case it's true), then default choice is to change to False. So I think this should do it.
