Does anyone know how to change the “lead source” once a list is uploaded? Someone uploaded a list in our group and the lead source is showing incorrectly. Should I just run a smart campaign? If so, what should be the flow step?

Yes, a smart campaign with a "change data value" flow step is enough. The other alternative is to run another import that overrides the previous one.
Check that the lead source is not blocked for updates in the admin-> field management (it a best practice to have it protected against update), since if this is the case, you might not be able to fix the .
