How do you change a gated assets that's being promoted so that they are being captured and not visited when they completethe form and download our assets

Hi Jaclyn, I'm not sure what you're asking here... Are you trying to change the program status to Engaged (or something similar) when someone downloads, instead of them just remaining at Visited? If this is the case then you'll want to add a flow step that changes a person's program status, which is triggered by someone filling out the form. 

If this isn't what you're looking to do, if you could please clarify then maybe we can assist some more.
