how do you block "your own company's" web activty from showing up on the web activity report

Some days it's kind of embarassing to see that most of the activities showing up on the report are from staff members on the web activity list.  So how do you block them from appearing from the web activity report?

In my report's smartlist I have "Company Name/ Inferred Company Name" and "Email address" not contains my company name. I have many offices and a company very supportive of flexible working. It is better for me that I base the suppression on Company & Email.

Note: the dedicated IP that Steven is referring to is not related to a dedicated IP address that some Marketo customers have for their email marketing. It's the IP address of your office network.

If you have a dedicated IP address, you can filter your Inferred Company and/or IP address in the smart list.  See this article for more information:
