Webinar hosts want to see who's registered for the webinar 1 week, and 1 day before. How do you automate that? Crearing a campaign, and campaign report in SFDC, syncing the Marketo program, then scheduling report notifications from there?
Kim, ReadyTalk is syncing with Marketo - I can see the registrations but I think Josh is saying you cannot set up an email subscription, so I have to export the list manually. What I want to know is if there is a way to automate / schedule that email subscription - and I'm starting to learn that the only way to do this is by going through all the extra steps in SFDC that I laid out.
Do you have your ReadyTalk set up so it's syncing with Marketo? Did you wet up a webinar program in Marketo? If so, you should be able to see all the registrants there. You'd want to build out a leads report and you can just manage the email subscription from there - maybe have it send to him/her each day. Or you could do it manually by exporting the list of members those two dates he wants them and just sending it over.
