how do I upload a document to be a CTA within an email?

I am working on a nurturing campaign and am unable to replace the document attached as a CTA?  Thoughts! Ideas! Suggestions!!

Do you want to replace the existing file?

Or do you want to upload a new file, then update the URL on the email?
