We have many, many soft bounces that went into suspension mode. 

How do I take them off suspension and test them to see if they weren't just temporarily bad?

It seems that soft bounces are being treated as hard bounces if they didn't go through after 4 hours, but maybe the email box was full for those 4 hours?

Please advise.

For soft email bounces, they are suspended for 24 hours until Marketo can find a "code" on what happened. After the 24 hours, you can send them an email again.

Hey Carey,

I am not 100% positive, but I don't think that email addresses are suspended if sent emails soft bounced. Regardless, you can always create a smart list of all soft bounced leads and uncheck any suspended checkbox. Then, use this smart list for a general blast to see if any get through.
