How do I send an email with a specific attachement to specified leads?

Fellow Marketoers,

Our company  has an annual sales meeting and I need to send flight itineraries to specific individuals with their specific attached flight information.

How would I automate this or create a flow to do this? The body of the emails is the same for all of the leads the only difference is the attachment, which is thier specific flight information.

Any advise or help is appreciated.

You cannot send attachments with Marketo emails.

It sounds like you would be better off sending these using a text template and via your own email program. Of course, if you have 10,000 people, then you might try:

new field "travel itnerary link" with their unique PDF link. You could import that if you had the email address already matched to the PDF URL.

Insert that token into the email. Done!

Hey Lee,

As Josh suggested, tokens can be used to add links to downloadable assets.  In addition to a lead token from a field, you can also use a My Token in a program to do this, though.  Set a text token in your program token to the asset which you want to send, then add this to a local email asset in the program.
