How do I Marketing Suspend someone for a period of time?

I have people that are out for 3 momths, 6 months etc.  I want to exclude them for a period but am not sure how.

Rennie, there's a condition in the flowsteps called "Wait". It looks like a clock. Just drag it over, and set it to 3 months.

Thanks, but there's no way to suspend for a period of time? Am I supposed to add them to a calendar to remember when to remove them?  That seems like a painful solution.

Setup a campaign to bring those people in and say

Change Data Value IS Marketing Suspend = TRUE
Wait 3 Months
Change Data Value IS Marketing Suspend = FALSE
