Hi Veronica, if you are an admin you can go into the Admin section, click on Users & Roles, highlight the appropriate person, and then select "Issue License" from the top bar. This should allow you to designate your 5 free calendar users, and more if you've purchased additional licenses. 

Once the calendar is enabled for a person, it will appear as a tile on their My Marketo page.
