How do I confirm that Hard Bouncebacks are Excluded from Email Sends?
At my organization, Hard Bouncebacks are consistently around 10% and we email blast every week. If Hard Bouncebacks are automatically excluded, I'd expect the number to be much lower and to trend downward across blasts closely timed email blasts.
We have not recently added any bulk data or had any large inbound events. The data set is relatively consistent.
How can I confirm that an inbox that Hard Bounces this week is excluded from next week?

Hi Andrew, there are actually multiple types of hard bounces, and only one that Marketo will classify as Email Invalid (which will be blocked from future sends). I would advise creating a smart list of people who have bounced x times and either exclude them from sends, or mark them as email invalid so that they will be excluded.
