Hi Jordan, what do you mean you've "changed over" the email and name? As far as the login info for Marketo itself, yes a Marketo administrator will have to update the info from the Users and Roles panel. Should be able to update the email address the verification will go to from there. That said, you may as well just deactivate those users since it's not like content or reports are tied to a specific user -- hope this helps though.
