How can I get the results of a form?

I sent this email to an Installed Base(a list I imported, then sent them an email), that prepopulated the form with their data, but they could change the values. How can I get the results of that they filled out in that form?
The form itself should have a Results tab.

Sounds like a good Idea for the Marketo dev team. 

Have you created a smart campaign with a filter "Filled Out Form" to see who filled out the form?

You can visit the lead record or Results Tab of the campaign you used to send the autoresponder.

Then click on the result # and it will show you the input of the form.

Yes, I have the trigger Fills Out Form. and the Flow Add to SFDC Campaign and Send Alert email... and when I click at results number, I do not see the input of the form.

Try using the Filter "Filled out Form" instead of the Trigger. The Filter will show you in the past who has filled out the form. The Trigger is an action that is made whenever the lead completes that certain action going forward. Read more here.

Once you enter your form, click the Schedule tab and then number of leads.
