We can create new campaign status in Salesforce, but need to create a program status in Marketo to map the field to. The specifc example is we want to have a campaign status that says "Can no longer attend" so we can track drop off rates at our events. Does anyone know how to do this in the admin panel?
Take a look at this article. It details how you can make custom program channels with your own statuses. You just need to make sure you select your created channel when creating a program.
