How can I add a custom field to the Company Info or the Opportunity Info?

I have been able to add custom fields to the Lead Info section, but I want to enter new fields to the Company Info (for example, an "Is Client?" field. How can I do that? The same with Opportunity Info. All new custom fields appear in the Lead Info section.

Are you using a CRM? Adding those fields on the relevant object in Salesforce would create them there.

No, not using Salesforce. I wanted to add it manually from the Field Management. Is it possible to do it from there?

Hi Gustavo,

We don't use SFDC and have a custom API to our CRM, so I understand your frustration. You can create the field as a Lead Info field and then submit a Marketo support ticket to have them move the field for you.

It's not possible to make a company or opportunity information field - however, I'm not sure why that is.

No problem, Gustavo! The only final advice I have is that if you have a custom API, just make sure that adding/moving your fields around does not affect that. Or, at least, be prepared for that to make the necessary corrections. I know we've run into that before!
