Horizontal Line Renders as a Box on Mobile

I have a horizontal line in a form. It renders correctly on desktop but on mobile it renders as a box. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

It's hard to know or work out what is happening without reviewing the code. If you can post a link to the page the form is hosted, I'm sure one of the community's specialists can jump in and help.
