We just stood up a new instance of Marketo due to our company switching to Microsoft Dynamics 365. I am doing some clean up of fields
One of our fields called 'Num Employees' is old. We don't use it in programs and it's mapped to the following in our CRM: numberofemployees (Microsoft Lead) but we don't use leads in our CRM we use contacts... so this field is pretty useless to us. I am trying to hide the field, but I get a message saying that I can't believe it's being used in Revenue Cycle Analytics. We don't use that. I can't figure out how to edit RCA so I can hide the field.
I also want to hide the field called 'Industry' (we have other industry fields we use), but I see it is being used by: RCM Success with Detours (v1) Sales Lead --> Disqualified (Smart List) We don't use that and I can't figure out how to access it/edit it.
Your help would be appreciated.
