Michele - I see that you changed the title of this topic to "help".  While I understand you may have given second thought to your original topic (and wanted to rename it), you might want to change it to something a bit more descriptive so others that do a search on the community around "email template design" (or something similar) can learn from this thread.

Hi Dan, It was a multi-point compound issue, and my frustration was at the point of giving up. Besides the issues mentioned in previous threads, I was unable to connect yesterday, even after logging out and in several times. It would not swop out an image for one of same size. I simply abandoned the file I was working on and started over. Also, when trying Firefox, I was unable to see or grab the inside box gear icon to edit. And, I was also unable to see anything at all when logging in on the PC. I am on a Mac, which I had been using, but I did not know it was Mac only (in my case yesterday, it was, but I don’t believe this is the case for everyone).

If these complaints help anyone, great, since it seemed many people tried to help me, these issues may be common to Mac users.
