Help with smart list in smart campaign

Hi, I wanted to send a follow up to members of a program that had opened the previous email. I set up the smart list - "Member of program true" and "Opened email (name of email) in past 30 days" screen shot below.
However it seems to have sent the email to everyone in the program, please can someone tell me why?

Hi Louise,
when you used a AND filter it should have worked. Sounds like you already sent it out? I always suggest to test new filters, you can see people who will receive the mail in the "Schedule" tab.

Agree with Steffen,

but how many people Opened vs. Number Sent?

Did you use an ANY operator by mistake?

Is there anything you are leaving out of the above screenshot? There could be a number of reasons it went out to everyone.

Hi Louise,

I have done something similar to this many times. I usually use a filter:

Sent Email is "Email A" and Opened Email is "Email A" .

is the email being used in mulitple Campiagns/Programs or just this one?
