Help please - excluding a list

Hi

I want to exclude a list of contacts from a new smart list which contains 4 lists. How do I set this up?

Hope that makes sense... should be easy I think, but clearly not for me 🙂

Hi David

It's ever-so-slightly counterintuitive.  Drag in a filter of type "Member of list".  After that, you can choose Lead "not in" instead of "in", and pick your list.

As a best practice, it helps to have seperate inclusion and suppression lists to keep your smart lists from getting too complicated. Just remember, as Richard mentioned, the suppression list is a bit counterintuitive.
