Help needed with SPF Setup

Hi.

We are new to Marketo and my IT Manager is having a lot of difficulty with the SPF setup. I have read the other posts on this subject and passed these on however I think my company may need to outsource this step as our IT doesn't have this experience . 

Does anyone know of any vendors in Sydney or Melbourne that could assist? I would be grateful for any help.
