Hello,
I created a campaign in Salesforce and then added a member status that we initially did not have. That status is "Opened".
In Marketo, I went to Admin, Tag, Channel and for the "Email Outbound" channel, I unhid the "Opened" status.
Then when I go to my email program where I have triggers to update the Salesforce Campaign Member Statuses depending on the action the person takes in that email.
For my trigger looking at email opens, the campaign member status "Opened" doesn't show up in the dropdown.
New update, when I went into Salesforce to look at my "Opened" status that I added yesterday, it was gone! Can Marketo delete member statuses that are in Salesforce??
