Has Anyone Used Hoosh Marketing Email Designer

Hoosh Marketing seems to have an interesting tool for email design. I am not a designer, but they offer a tool that seems to streamline design and mobile optimization. Does anyone use this tool or have any experience with it? If so, what is your opinion of it?
