Has anyone see this issue before?

When I try and and approve this email I get this message  

​{executeDbOpersSafely} cannot retry on deadlock, transaction depth 1

Hi,

I also encountered the same issue.
This is the error message when i tried to approve an email.

Error approving <email name> - {executeDbOpersSafeky} cannot reply on deadlock, transaction depth 1

@Mark & @Iris, I heard back from the engineering team that this is a known issue, and they are working to resolve it.

Also getting this issue when trying to approve a cloned email. I have used the Email Actions > HTML Tools > Replace HTML function with all of these to update the source code and create my emails. This just started happening in the last 2 hours as I was able to approve the same type of emails earlier. I also tried creating a new email and just added a few lines of regular text using the WYSIWYG editor in the body but I was able to approve that. 

Edit: I'm also doing this in Design Studio

Here is something that should put a smile on your face. 

The email Im trying to aprrove is all about lost productivity due to system failures outside your own control....

Engineering team says the issue is now fixed. Let me know if you are still seeing errors?
