I did not notice any particular performace degradation in recent weeks. I am in Support, opening different instances along the day.
I am denying your email editor may be painfully slow. It is. The important is finding the bottleneck. It can a particular instance, networlk connection or even the browser.
I would suggest few simple tests to narrow the search:
- please attach a screen shot of the tests executed by speedtest.net. It is very relative but every little detail is helpful.
- open a Terminal window (Mac, open Applications - Utilities - Terminal) or Command (Windows, Start - cmd)
type ping app.marketo.com. Attched the scrreen shot.
- ping displays the IP address. The last step is finding the routing between your desktop and Marketo
still in the Terminal/Command, type traceroute app.marketo.com (Mac) or tracert app,marketo.com (Windows) and attach the third screen shot.
Is there any noticeable performance issue in other areas of the application?
I would suggest clearning cookies and cache, regardless the answer.
