Guided Landing Page Template not Responsive in Mobile

Hi Guys,

I downloaded Template 2-B from the Marketo Guided LP templates and it works great across desktop browsers but it's not rendering properly on mobile.  There is a form on the page and I'm not sure if that's pushing out the width of the page?

Link to the page is not working.

However, if you feel the form may be causing an issue due to some hardcoded CSS styling, remove it and then take another look.

I'm afraid if I remove the CSS style in the form itself, it won't look as nice on the desktop version.
