I am looking at one of our webinar events. It appears some people signed up through GotoWebinar directly, unfortunately they are not showing in the marketo program.
Any advice on how to push these people over? If worse comes to worse I can export as CSV and upload with new status, having a correct connection sounds better
Marketo registers a user into Go2Webinar in a uni-directional fashion. The only thing which is bi-directional is attendance info.
One of the ways to fix this situation is to cancel their registration on Go2Webinar and import them into your Marketo program using Import Members function. While importing, it will also allow you to set a status, which in this case would be Registered.

Hey Chirag, thanks for the response. So even if we leave them alone we will still have to generate new links instead of the default ones sent by Go2Webinar on their registration page?
You can leave them alone and they can use the join link generated by Go2webinar by default. The only thing you would lose here is their tracking on Marketo campaign.
